You're Insta feeds have mostly likely been taken over with fall fashion as well. Don't get me wrong, I love autumn as much as the next girl! It truly is my favorite season to dress for but the end of August is also a great time to shop for summer pieces you can wear the following year. You can score some seriously good deals on items you've been lusting over all season long. Take for example this crochet romper from Chicwish. This gorgeous piece can be worn to many a spring/summer event, year after year. It's truly a timeless piece with the most intricate detailing, sure to get you tons of compliments. I especially love the mix of patterns within the crochet work and of course those cute bell sleeves. It's currently 25% off making it just $52!! I does run a little small though so order one size up.

Fiesta Tassel Dress

Fiesta Tassel Dress // Ombre Ball Drop Earrings - Groopdealz - Similar here //
Similar Denim Jacket here & here & here // Similar Gladiator Sandals here & here

TGIF!!! Do you feel me? This has been a week y'all, made even better by the poison ivy I got all over while working in the yard. Ugh! Anyone have some easy remedies for quickly getting rid of it? The worst is on my face and I'm just awful when it comes to scratching. Positive notes, it's almost the weekend, hubby is taking a weeks vacation and our family is coming to visit. So excited to see them! I'm also super pumped to share this fun dress from The Mint Julep Boutique with you today!

This dress is all kinds of cute!! My favorite feature and probably yours as well, that tassel hem line. It really sets it a part from other embroidered pieces and adds a fun movement to the dress. Pair with a denim jacket and some flat sandals for a cute and casual date night look. Mexican and margaritas anyone? ;) I'm wearing the lining from another dress underneath and you will want to do the same (or a slip) because it is very sheer. Without it though it makes for a really adorable coverup. It's just $46 and if you sign up for emails you'll receive $10 towards your first purchase.

I'm also wearing my new ombre ball drop earrings I scored from Groopdealz. I got 4 pairs for around $30. Such a steal!! If y'all haven't checked them out yet go now. The offer crazy good deals from boutiques on women's fashion, jewelry, home and more. These deals change daily and you never know what goodies you might find, I'm hooked!

Hope you have an awesome weekend!

Embroidered Floral Dress

BaubleBar Tassel Earrings // Embroidered Floral Dress // Similar Denim Jacket here & here & here // Similar Booties here & here

Happy Monday friends! Hope y'all had a relaxing weekend! Teaming up with one of my all time favorite boutiques again, Southern Roots TX for today's post. How gorgeous is the embroidery work on this dress? It's a Free People lookalike but at a fraction of the price! It also comes in a top version here. Now I know the temps outside are still scorching but fall is right around the corner. I wanted to show you just how easy it is to transition this little dress throughout the seasons, while making the most of your mullah.

While right now I'm wearing it alone with strappy sandals, simply layer a jacket and swap for booties as we head into autumn. The denim makes for a great contrast but I also tried it with an olive military jacket that looked equally as cute. Once it really cools down, I plan on pairing it with my favorite burgundy suede motto and over the knee boots. There are really so many options with this one you guys!

Head on over to Southern Roots TX for lots more adorable items like this and while you're there be sure to check out a few more of my favorites here & here & here!

Palm Print Cold Shoulder Dress

Embroidered Tassel Clutch // Similar Sandals here

Partnering with SheIn again to you bring you today's fun summer look. Since I was a young girl, I've always had a serious love for the beach and everything that goes along with it. Being able to put a little of that seaside inspiration into my outfits puts a big smile on my face! That's why it was love at first sight with this palm leaf print dress. Not to mention it has the cutest ruffle/cold shoulder detail and is a steal for just $20. Y'all know I'm a color enthusiast, so it's no surprise the accessories I chose are bright and vibrant. I paired these cobalt earrings to really make the blue hues in the dress pop and then added this yellow clutch to bring a fun contrast.

Ok so yes I may be cheesing over this cute print but there is also another reason for that smile. Thanks to Smile Sciences I've been able to get my pearly whites ten shades whiter than ever before! There is nothing that makes you fell more confident and attractive than having a beautiful smile. I want to share that same feeling with you, so that's why I've partnered with Smile Sciences to offer all my readers a special discount. You can receive a at home whitening kit of your own (valued at $299) for just $29 with code WHATCOURTWORE. You guys this is an amazing deal! After just one application you'll be able to see a visible difference without any sensitivity. I promise you'll be blown away, just check out my results below.

Achieving That Summer Glow With Tanceuticals

The most frequent question I get from y'all is how I stay so tan. While it's no secret that I love the beach and spending every free second in the sun, I know the damage it can do to your skin. As I've gotten older I've been able to witness this firsthand. Sun spots and wrinkles, so not pretty!! While I decided to take more preventive measures with my skin, I didn't want to lose out on my summer glow. That's why I was so excited to discover Tanceuticals! This is the first and only self tanning lotion I would ever recommend. I've been using it for the last few months now and I seriously can't say enough good things about it! Most home tanning products streak or smell awful. This lotion has a fresh coconut scent, completely eliminating that self tanner smell. It's infused with ingredients like acai berry, mango butter and vitamin E to moisturize and even your skin tone. Providing you with flawless color that is never orange, while also improving the appearance and health of your skin.

Once a week I apply Tanceuticals to my face and body. I do this after showering and shaving and right before bed (it's best to wait 6-8hrs before showering again or sweating, so the lotion has time to develop). One application gives me a gorgeous bronze glow all week long. The color really lasts that well! By the end of the week it will start to fade some but it does so evenly, no peeling or splotchiness. You really can't mess it up either. With my first application I was very leery and after reading that you should apply sparingly to your knees, ankles, ect I apparently didn't even go over those areas. I woke up with a beautiful tan but white knees and feet. Haha I immediately went back over just those spots and within a few hours my tan had completely evened out. What other product is going to do that?

Another great feature they offer is this tanning mitt for applying the lotion. It guarantees that streak free application while also protecting the palms of your hands from color. Definitely worth the $8.99!! I'm using the Dark Lotion in both face and body but if you have a lighter skin tone or just prefer a more subtle shade I would go with the Light. The Dark took me about 2-3 shades darker. They do also offer this product in Ultra Dark as well as lotion extenders and scrubs. Check out their full line here

I promise if y'all try Tanceuticals out you will not be disappointed! It is my new holy grail! Haha
Also keep those questions coming. I love to know what more you would like to see and hear on What Court Wore!

NSale Purchases Review

Hey y'all!! So I'm sure you know by now the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale opens to the public Friday. For those of you cardholders, now is the time to grab the pieces you've been debating! How's that quote go? "Nothing haunts us like the things we didn't buy" Haha In all seriousness though, things are sure to sell out crazy fast and you don't want to regret missing out on these deals!

Today I'm sharing everything I purchased during early access, sizing info, overall fit and quality, as well as a few styling tips to help make your shopping experience easier. Everything is also linked throughout the post, as well at the bottom under the Shop the Look icon.

Floral Tie Neck Dress - Runs TTS wearing a size Small / Sale Price $62.90 - after sale $95

First we have this gorgeous floral dress. This is by far one of my favorite items!! It has such a romantic silhouette and it cinches in your waist, making it very flattering. Combine with a leather motto (mine is past season but check out these almost identical versions here & here that are part of the sale) and you'll have one seriously chic ensemble. I also paired this look with the BP. Heeled Studded Booties. There are so many cute pairs of boots and booties included in the sale but I was drawn to these for their detailing. They are a seriously good deal too at just $79.90 and run TTS. The block heel is really on trend but that also makes these very comfy. Win, win!! They come in a couple other colors as well and I'm really contemplating buying the cognac tonight.

BP. Block Heel Studded Booties - Run TTS wearing a size 8 / Sale Price $79.90 after sale $119.95

Next we have the Leith Circle Cardigan. Last I checked it's sold out in this color but there is a chance it will be restocked Friday. Fingers crossed! I love the blush but it also comes in some great neutrals and a pretty burgundy that's perfect for fall. It's suppose to be a little oversize and slouchy but if you prefer a less boyfriend fit than I would definitely size down one. This raw edge tee is also part of the sale and just $15. The only downfall with the white is it very sheer. I paired mine with a cami. Overall for the price and fit it's a great deal on a basic if you don't mind layering.

Leith Circle Cardigan - Run TTS to a little big wearing size Small / Sale Price $49.90 after sale $75
Raw Edge Tee - Runs TTS wearing size Small / Sale Price $15.90 after sale $24
Ripped Crop Skinny Jeans - Runs Large (order one size down and unless you prefer boyfriend fit) wearing size 26 / Sale Price $42.90 after sale $65

So I styled this look with one of my favorite purchases from last years sale, these adorable calf hair leopard flats. They brought back these beauties in an updated version, that I believe is even cuter! They are really comfortable and great quality. I've worn mine many times and throughout every season and they are still like new!

Calf Hair Ankle Wrap Flats - Runs TTS wearing size 8 / Sale Price $59.90 after sale $89.95

Ok so this next piece has countless styling options! If your looking for the best deal than this lattice back sweater is it! Only $42 you can wear in any season paired with shorts, jeans, skirts, layered over a dress, I could go on and on. While the back detailing is where it's at, don't overlook those fab flared sleeves! I wanted it to be extra slouchy so I ordered a size Med, overall it runs pretty TTS.

Lattice Back Sweater - Runs TTS/little oversize wearing size Med / Sale Price $42.90 after sale $65
Sam Edelman Boots - Run TTS wearing size 8 / Sale Price $149.90 after sale $224.95

So this is one example of how you could style it for fall. I love the combination of oversize sweaters with shorts and skirts to start the transition from summer into autumn! Plus when you pair a loose top with a fitted skirt and boots it really elongates your torso and makes your bottom half look so tiny! I paid full price for these Sam Edelman Boots last fall and now they are $75 Off! These were my most loved and worn boots this past season. They look amazing with almost anything and they're ridiculously comfortable despite the high heel! If you're looking to invest in an amazing pair of leather boots, than I would highly suggest these!

Here is a closer look at the booties from my first outfit as well as the beautiful Rebecca Minkoff bag I've been carrying throughout. Don't you just love the embroidery?! A fun twist on one of her classic styles.

Rebecca Minkoff Small Love Embroidered Crossbody Bag - Sale Price $183.90 after sale $275
BP. Block Heel Studded Booties - Sale Price $79.90 after sale $119.95

This last item was the most popular of all and sold out days ago, so sad! Praying it gets restocked and if it does you MUST purchase! A duster cardi with a bold stripe that's perfect for layering now (see below) and into the cooler months. I ordered up on this one too because I love for my cardigans to be really roomy and long.

Stripe Colorblock Cardigan - Runs TTS wearing size Med for larger fit / Sale Price $56.90
 after sale $85
Topshop Ripped Boyfriend Shorts - Not part of the sale but still a great price! I've worn these nonstop since the 4th, I'm obsessed!

Hope y'all found this found this to be helpful and that your able to find everything you're looking for Friday! My best advice, order multiple sizes if you're unsure and then return what doesn't work and constantly keeping checking back because items are restocked daily even hourly. Also remember prices go back up 8/6, so hurry and snag your faves before there gone!

Mary & Mabel Summer Line

Outfit #1 - Sage Criss Cross Front Dress - More Color options here & here // BaubleBar Tassel Earrings // Similar Leather Bag here (part of the NSale!) // Similar Lace-up Sandals

Hi Friends! Today's post is a two for one, as I've partnered with Mary and Mabel to bring you a few looks from their new summer line. They are based out of Dallas and specialize in ultra feminine and on trend pieces. Think flirty silhouettes, pretty florals and beautiful statement jewelry. Y'all are going to love them!

My first outfit is this stunning sage dress. It comes in three colors total but this gorgeous hue is definitely what drew me in! Pair that with a criss-cross neckline and bell sleeves, you've got yourself one perfect summer dress. Oh and don't you just love the way it moves? Swing dresses are the best! It will also transition really well into fall, just add a floppy hat and a cute pair of booties.

Next we have this equally fabulous romper. I swear this is one of the most comfortable rompers I own. I love that even though you'll look polished and put together wearing it, you don't have to sacrifice on comfort. Best of both worlds am I right?  It's also one of those really great pieces that you can dress up or down, giving you lots of styling options.

Be sure to check out their site and let me know which look is your favorite! Hope y'all have a great Monday!
