One Vest Three Ways

Hey y'all!! I'm super excited to be partnering with one of my absolute favorite boutiques again today, Southern Roots TX! I'll be styling one of their new arrivals, this amazing suede vest. Since September is nearing it's time to start planning those transitional looks. A good vest is the key to getting you through the end of summer/fall weather change. This is truly one of the most versatile items you can have in your closet. I wanted to show you that firsthand by putting together a few different outfits using the same vest.

What really sets this vest a part is the draped front. It instantly just dresses up any look. Pair that with some destructed denim and you've got a really chic combo. It's also very lightweight, making it perfect for early fall layering. It comes in a cognac color too (that you can shop here) and even though it looks high end designer, it won't break the bank. This beauty is under $60! Yes you heard right! Need any other reasons to add this fab vest to your fall wardrobe?! ;)

Crochet Bell Sleeve Romper // Similar Bag here & here // Similar Sandals here & here

Hope you're Monday is off to a great start! I know it's been a minute since my last post. I took some time off to enjoy a family visit and just regroup but I'm back with some great new looks for y'all!

As we are nearing Labor Day, you may have noticed your favorite stores focusing solely on their new cold weather arrivals. You're Insta feeds have mostly likely been taken over with fall fashion as well. Don't get me wrong, I love autumn as much as the next girl! It truly is my favorite season to dress for but the end of August is also a great time to shop for summer pieces you can wear the following year. You can score some seriously good deals on items you've been lusting over all season long. Take for example this crochet romper from Chicwish. This gorgeous piece can be worn to many a spring/summer event, year after year. It's truly a timeless piece with the most intricate detailing, sure to get you tons of compliments. I especially love the mix of patterns within the crochet work and of course those cute bell sleeves. It's currently 25% off making it just $52!! I does run a little small though so order one size up.

While you are on their site check out this lace romper as well. Also 25% off and comes in these three colors here & here & here. I love it equally as much as I think you will too!

Fiesta Tassel Dress

Fiesta Tassel Dress // Ombre Ball Drop Earrings - Groopdealz - Similar here //
Similar Denim Jacket here & here & here // Similar Gladiator Sandals here & here

TGIF!!! Do you feel me? This has been a week y'all, made even better by the poison ivy I got all over while working in the yard. Ugh! Anyone have some easy remedies for quickly getting rid of it? The worst is on my face and I'm just awful when it comes to scratching. Positive notes, it's almost the weekend, hubby is taking a weeks vacation and our family is coming to visit. So excited to see them! I'm also super pumped to share this fun dress from The Mint Julep Boutique with you today!

This dress is all kinds of cute!! My favorite feature and probably yours as well, that tassel hem line. It really sets it a part from other embroidered pieces and adds a fun movement to the dress. Pair with a denim jacket and some flat sandals for a cute and casual date night look. Mexican and margaritas anyone? ;) I'm wearing the lining from another dress underneath and you will want to do the same (or a slip) because it is very sheer. Without it though it makes for a really adorable coverup. It's just $46 and if you sign up for emails you'll receive $10 towards your first purchase.

I'm also wearing my new ombre ball drop earrings I scored from Groopdealz. I got 4 pairs for around $30. Such a steal!! If y'all haven't checked them out yet go now. The offer crazy good deals from boutiques on women's fashion, jewelry, home and more. These deals change daily and you never know what goodies you might find, I'm hooked!

Hope you have an awesome weekend!
