Winter Whites & Cozy Flannels

It's Friday peeps!! Whooo hoo! Extra excited because hubby is off today and we're having a wrapping party at our house. Hot cocoa, more Christmas movies and lots and lots of presents going under the tree! Does anyone else enjoy wrapping the gifts more than picking them out? It can be hard to find just the right present for everyone but once you do and then get to make them all pretty with bows and ribbons, that's definitely my favorite part! Dustin was sweet enough to let me open one of my gifts early, knowing that I would want to wear them with all my holiday/winter looks. These Sorel Conquest Wedge Booties are not only the cutest little things but they're super comfortable and guaranteed to keep your toes nice and toasty. Highly recommend if you're looking for a stylish yet waterproof winter boot.

Since these boots kind of have that whole cozy cabin, lumberjill vibe my first thought was to pair them with a cute flannel. When I spotted this plaid at Southern Roots TX I knew I had to have it. Blue is one of my favorite colors to wear and y'all this material is just so ridiculously soft!! It's roomy enough too that you could layer a thermal underneath. I decided to keep the look simple with just a chunky scarf and my favorite skinny jeans. Comfy and basic but oh so adorable!! ;)

This top is sure to sell out fast, so whether you love it for yourself or think it would make a great gift, hurry and snag it while you can! Remember holiday shipping cut off is the 17th. Hope y'all have a fun weekend!

Cozy Christmas Wear

Hey y'all! We are just two weeks away from Christmas can you believe it? All my shopping is done, just need my wrapping paper to arrive. I placed a custom order from Etsy for the cutest bags, gift tags, ect but now I'm over here not so patiently waiting their arrival. Does anyone else have to have a theme for their wrap? For me everything must coordinate not just with each other but my tree too haha! Call me crazy but I do it every year. For those who asked on Instagram, the paper pictured here is from Target last season. I did see that it's still available online here

One of the things I enjoy most about Christmas time is sitting by the fire, drinking hot cocoa in my cozy holiday pjs. Every year I get so excited to pick out a new pair and this year I found so many cute options I couldn't just limit it to one. I do highly suggest the fairisle romper though! It's one of the softest things I've ever put on and these Ugg knee high socks should be on everyone's list! They're SO warm! I prefer sleep shirts and shorts when I go to bed, so these are perfect for keeping your legs toasty without having to wear sweats. I've linked to everything I purchased for myself, gifts for others, as well as few more on my wishlist. Hope this aids in your search of the cutest festive comfy wear!

Check out more of my favorite pieces below to help you create the perfect cozy Christmas morning. These would make great gifts too! I hope y'all have a wonderful Monday!

Holiday Party Wear Ideas

Happy Friday babes!! The holidays are quickly approaching so now is the time to snag all those little party dresses before they sell out! I've rounded up some of my favorites as well as all the accessories you'll need to finish off your look below. I instantly fell for this particular velvet wrap dress when I came across it. This color might not come to mind when you think of holiday style but let me give you a few reasons why it should definitely be a contender in your search for the perfect party dress. First of all it's flattering silhouette! The ruching accentuates those curves in all the right ways, not to mention it has the cutest on trend statement sleeves too. Velvet has been huge this season but this is the first I've seen it in this gorgeous grey violet hue. Guaranteeing you'll stand out in the sea of black sequins on NYE. Just add a fun heel like these feather sandals (comes in three colors and under $100) and some statement earrings (hubby bought these for my bday and I'm completely obsessed! They're are even more beautiful in person) and you've got one stunning holiday outfit.

If you prefer the more traditional route, I've linked some fabulous LBD and a red number that is to die for!! Most of all these pieces are on sale too! Just be sure to check the sites main page for promo codes if discount is taken directly at checkout. Hope y'all have a wonderful weekend! We've had a cold front move in and there is even a possibility of snow tomorrow!! Excited to cozy up by the fire and watch Christmas movies all day with my love!

Marled Lace Up Sweater

Partnering with one of my favorites again, Southern Roots TX to bring you today's late autumn look. Whether you're experiencing snow or the start of fall foliage like us here on the coast, you're going to want to add this marled knit to your wardrobe. It's a cold weather must have! Simple enough to wear with just about everything but this sweater is anything but basic. Just look at that lace up detail, I mean really does it get any cuter?! Any girl on your Christmas list would be thrilled to receive this one too!

I paired mine with a pop of color, a few fun accessories and these thigh high boots I can't stop wearing lately. They're both slimming and elongating to the leg and look great with skirts, dresses and jeans. Not to mention they're a great dupe for the much higher priced Stuart Weitzman pair. They've been sold out for a while but I found them full stocked and on sale for you here. My scarf is also currently on sale for 40% off, making it around $23. Another great gift idea!!

Just shot some holiday party looks so stay tuned for that later this week! Hope y'all have a great Monday!
